Welcome to the Caledon Inn

This Stone Canadian Farm House was built in 1835 by the McCarty family; which is where the name The James McCarty Pub originated from. Villa Caledon Inn for the past 50 years has been operating as a restaurant, which not only caters to pub patrons, but now has also established a banquet facility 

Through the summer months you will notice our big white tent to the South side of the building. This 3000 square foot structured tent is used for private gatherings such as Weddings and Corporate Functions and is available from May through October. We not only welcome bride and grooms to our grounds to take photos, but also welcome them in our historic building. So please do not be alarmed should you see a happy bride and groom wondering around the building with their photographer.

Our Executive Chef brings many years of culinary experience with him as he has worked in some of the finest establishments in Ontario. He takes pride in using fresh and local ingredients, which is what inspires our seasonal menus. Our menus are not only prepared with only the finest ingredients but are also cooked to order. Each dish that leaves our kitchen is prepared just for you.

Our current wine list is friendly and our Pub Grub, according to most of our patrons, is the best.

We have many rooms to choose from inside and out. The Dining room and Pub have been completely redesigned; the upper patio is absolutely beautiful with a full garden surrounding it, followed by our 2500 square foot lower patio.
